What you've always wanted to know about ice sculptures!

How much do they cost?
Single block sculptures range from $225.00 - $325.00 and are cut from a block of ice approximately 3 1/2 feet tall. Prices are quoted for larger custom sculptures.

How long do they last?
Detail holds for approximately 4 - 6 hours at 70-75 degrees. The sculpture will just smooth out and melt in proportion after that.

How much notice do we need?
One month to 2 weeks. Ordering early is fine. We can take late orders depending on business. If we freeze anything in, (pictures, flowers, etc.) we need to have the items to freeze in 2 weeks prior to the event.

When do we ask for payment?
Payment in full is required one week prior to the event. Arrangements can be made to make payments in advance. Also, a $200 deposit for the ice tray and light will need to be left on a major credit card

What type of sculptures can we do?
Anything! - We encourage personalizing to the individuals. If you have a theme or a picture of what you would like, we would need to have a copy in order to quote a price.

When are sculptures delivered and set-up?
One hour to 30 minutes prior to the event.

Is there a delivery charge?
There is no delivery charge for orders within San Antonio Loop 1604. There is a $1.25 per mile, round-trip delivery charge for deliveries outside of Loop 1604.

How to get to Signature Ice Sculptures:
Signature Ice is located on the southeast side of San Antonio. From downtown San Antonio, take IH 35N to Loop 410 South. Exit on Dietrich Road, make right turn onto Dietrich Road. Go one block to Seaboard and turn right. Go one short block to Cotton Belt and turn left. We are on the right side of the road at 4727 Cotton Belt. If you plan to visit our office, please call first for an appointment.

How can I place an order?
You can call us (210) 666-1301 or 888-666-1301 to place your order. We do not accept orders placed via the internet.

Customer Check List:
1. Please mark location for ice sculpture with note titled "ICE SCULPTURE," so we place the sculpture exactly where you want it.

2. Please make sure an electrical outlet is available for the light in the ice sculpture tray.

3. The drain bucket needs to be emptied every hour and a half to avoid overflowing.

4. Ice sculpture tray must be returned by Wednesday of the following week.
